Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Information you provide: name, email, company details, files you upload, and messages you send us.
• Public business information: public information about your company and its people, such as names and roles, that the Service gathers from public sources such as your website, SAM.gov, USAspending, SBA, and web search to generate your statement.
• Payment information: handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, cookies that keep you signed in, and analytics cookies that show us how the Service is used.

2. How We Use It

We use information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, respond to you, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your content to train AI models.

3. AI Processing

Your inputs and uploads are sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, to generate results. Anthropic processes this data under its own commercial terms and privacy policy, and may keep it for up to 30 days.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers below, when required by law, or in a business sale or merger.

• Vercel: hosting. Receives requests and IP addresses.
• Supabase: database, sign-in, and file storage. Receives account details, statements, uploads, and generated files.
• Anthropic: AI. Receives inputs, uploads, and company information.
• Stripe: payments. Receives payment details and email.
• Resend: email. Receives email addresses, sign-in codes, and feedback emails.
• PostHog: analytics. Receives email, name, company, pages viewed, device, and approximate location.
• Cloudflare: bot check at sign-in. Receives browser signals and IP address.

5. Retention and Security

We keep your statements, uploads, and generated documents until you delete them or ask us to delete your account. We keep your account information until you ask us to delete your account. When you delete a statement or review, we permanently delete its content and files. We cannot get them back. We keep only the number of builds and reviews your account has used, and payment records as required by law. We process data in the United States. We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, but no system is fully secure. Do not upload classified information, CUI, ITAR-controlled data, or sensitive personal data.

6. Your Choices

You can delete statements and reviews in your account. For anything else, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or opt out of marketing emails, by contacting info@innov8consult.com. You may have additional rights under your state's law.

7. Users in Europe

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, Innov8 Solutions LLC is the controller of your personal data. We use it to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in running and securing the Service, and with your consent where the law requires it. Your data is processed in the United States. You can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Business Use

The Service is for business use and is not for anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a new version with a revised date. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the Service.
